It keeps coming up with "Unable to listen TCP Port 8000" error message. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type Windows Firewall with Advanced Security and open the utility. Select Inbound Rules click New Rule, check the Port box, click Next, select TCP and All local Ports and follow the on-screen instructions:

If this doesn't help, remove the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then install it again.
